Ningbo Jianlong Copper Co.,Ltd is a major all-around copper processing company in zhejiang province, which is jointly ventured by Ningbo Copper products limited liability Co. and Ningbo Building Installation group corporation. The company covers an area of 19480 square meter, include building area of 15843 square meter. The main products is "Double-bell " BRAND copper and copper alloy tube,PE covered copper water tube, bar, shape, wire, electrification overhead fittings and steel bars for prestressed concrete(PC steel bars) with annual output of more than 20,000 tons.
The enterprise introduced a copper extrusion production line of 800 tons with international advanced level from West-Germany, which can produce fittings of faucet, big-caliber and small caliber, thin wall and thick wall tubes, tubes for air conditioner and refrigerator etc. Brightness extruded thin wall copper tube reached international advanced level and fill in the gaps in china. In order to meet with the demand, we applied PE covered copper tube production line and PC steel bars production line, the new products have extended in the market. The Hpb59-1 brass bar is rewarded as high quality products of zhejiang province, shape products obtains "Famous, Special, Excellent, New" golden horse award.Electrification railway overhead fittings obtained six patent and rewarded as national new products. In recent years we have successfully developed Cupper-nickel-silicon aloy overhead fittings, it's reliability has improved and guaranteed the security and high speed of the electrification railway.
